Dog Days of Summer
Run and Walk

On Saturday, August 16th we're hosting the "Dog Days of Summer Run and Walk," A fun run or walk to raise funds for Associated Humane Societies of Newark!

The run/walk will start at 9:00am at Fleet Feet. Fleet Feet will open at 8:30 so you can pick up your shirt ahead of time and use the bathroom if you need to. 

 

Anyone who makes a donation of any amount will receive a “vintage” Superhero Events tech tee! 100% of the donations will be used to buy food and treats for the shelter pups.

 

There will be a 3 mile loop, 5 mile loop and 2 mile walk. Dogs are welcome to attend, of course! One Paw Away is hosting a water (for humans and dogs!) and dog treat station at the entrance to Loantaka Park!

 

Following the run there will be refreshments at Fleet Feet. Also, Fleet Feet will donate 10% of all purchases to the shelter!
